Manly Salad (Natural Testosterone Booster)
Salads are NOT just for women. This salad is manly enough to satisfy and fill-up any man, and yet still give a woman what she needs for beauty, taste and satiety. I call this the Manly Salad because eating this hearty meal every day or several times a week is guaranteed to raise testosterone levels in men (and women) Each ingredient was chosen particularly for it’s testosterone raising ability, that important hormone needed in both males and females. Add some hot soup, and crusty bread, and you have a delicious meal

4-8 cups romaine, mixed lettuce or spinach (or a mixture of all three)
1/2 cup sliced cabbage
3-5 oz of sliced chuck steak (grill extra on the weekend to last all week)
1/2 cup thinly slice broccoli flowers and/or cauliflower
1 whole avocado, sliced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2-3 tbsp olive or MCT oil
1-2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper, to taste
dash or two of cayenne pepper
Mix all salad ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing ingredients and spices. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
