About a Healthy Home Cooking Class

As  a certified Nutrition Educator and Health Coach, my passion is to teach others to use fresh, whole, REAL foods to nourish,, increase energy and lose weight,   My goal is to demonstrate in my classes that healthy dishes can be easy to prepare, delicious, and inexpensive!

I bring my cooking classes to your home teaching a topic of interest to you,  to your friends and guests.   I bring supplies and food.   You supply the kitchen and guests.   It is FREE to you, guests pay a fee for supplies, and for tasting.   As a host or hostess, you enjoy special perks and gifts.
