The 14-Day Reset Cleanse is divided into three phases
Phase I – (7 days) – Pre-Cleanse prep. The Pre-Cleanse is about making the commitment, setting your intentions, and shopping for cleanse-friendly ingredients. And most importantly, it is about adding light foods for the week and more watert, as well as choosing to reduce toxic foods, in order to gently prepare your body for cleansing. This is a way to begin easing your body into the full cleanse, mentally, emotionally and physically. Our first group session will give you all the details you need in order to get started.
Phase II – (14 days) – Cleanse. During the cleanse you will follow the simple elimination diet plan, lifestyle and body practices. Sessions two and three offer detail and support during this time.
Phase III – (14 days) Re-Introduction. In the Re-Introduction phase you will re-introduce foods back in to your diet one-by-one to identify food sensitivities and intolerances. This will help you create a maintenance diet that best serves your unique body. The last live group is during this phase.
BONUS! After Phase III – You have been given a special bonus of two extra weeks of support through the private Facebook Group to continue with support as you re-introduce foods and create your future food plan.
