Manly Salad (Natural Testosterone Booster)

Salads are NOT just for women.  This salad is manly enough to satisfy and fill-up any man, and yet still give a woman what she needs for beauty, taste and satiety.  I call this the Manly Salad because eating this hearty meal every day or several times a week is guaranteed to raise testosterone levels in men (and women).
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 8 cups romaine, mixed lettuce or spinach (or a mixture of all three)
  • ½ cup cabbage sliced
  • 3 - 5 oz sliced chuck steak (grill extra on the weekend to last all week)
  • ½ cup broccoli flowers and/or cauliflower thinly sliced
  • 1 whole avocado sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 - 3 tbsp olive or MCT oil
  • 1 - 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 dash cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add dressing ingredients and spices. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
