Manly Salad (Natural Testosterone Booster)
Salads are NOT just for women. This salad is manly enough to satisfy and fill-up any man, and yet still give a woman what she needs for beauty, taste and satiety. I call this the Manly Salad because eating this hearty meal every day or several times a week is guaranteed to raise testosterone levels in men (and women).
- 4 - 8 cups romaine, mixed lettuce or spinach (or a mixture of all three)
- ½ cup cabbage sliced
- 3 - 5 oz sliced chuck steak (grill extra on the weekend to last all week)
- ½ cup broccoli flowers and/or cauliflower thinly sliced
- 1 whole avocado sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 - 3 tbsp olive or MCT oil
- 1 - 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 or 2 dash cayenne pepper
- Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dressing ingredients and spices. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
