Maple Candied Walnuts

What a wonderful holiday snack!  And you won’t feel guilty about offering this to your family (and eating it yourself)!

Candied Walnuts

1 1/2 c. walnut halves  W

1/4 c. maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

1/8 tsp. salt

1. Heat skillet over stove top on med-high heat before adding ingredients (this helps with the carmelization process)

2. Add all ingredients to the pan and stir constantly for 2-5 minutes

3. Place pieces on parchment paper and let harden for 20-30 minutes
