Get the Glow
Have you ever wondered which foods will give you that amazing head-turning “glow”?
For vibrant skin, eat sulfur-residue foods!
Sulfur, the “beauty mineral,” which is found in mineral hot springs, provides smoothness and shine to the skin. It helps in the digestion of fats, controls the metabolism of carbohydrates, and rids the body of waste that may clog pores, causing a lackluster complexion.
Sulfur is found in aloe vera, arugula, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower), mustard, radishes, ripe bell peppers, ripe hot peppers, spirulina, hempseeds, onions garlic, and watercress.
Signs of a sulfur deficiency Include:
- Brittle hair and nails
- Gastro-intestinal challenges
- Immune Dysfunction
- Scar tissue
- Pale, pasty complexion
