Weight Loss Tip #5- Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper, you say? Yes!! Consuming cayenne pepper on a daily basis, gives many benefits, including weight loss!
Studies have shown that having cayenne pepper for breakfast creates less appetite so one eats less calories throughout the day. Cayenne pepper raises metabolism to help you burn excess fat. This wondrous pepper also soothes inflammation and bloating that comes from food sensitivities, upset stomachs and stomach ulcers.
Cayenne has many other health benefits too:
- high in Vit. C, B6, E, potassium, manganese, flavonoids
- stimulates circulation
- reduces acidity
- relieves migraines, arthritis, shingles, fibromyalgia
- strengthens immune system

I even sprinkle it in my cup of tea. It has warming properties which is great in winter. It is great on eggs, in soups, stir fries, meat. etc. I even sprinkled on my holiday fudge this year!
So eat up! If you don’t like spicy foods, start with just a dash, and try to increase it daily. You will notice the difference!
