Pumpkin Spicy Frappuccino

Mmm mmm!  I make this special concoction when I want a treat, and when I want to treat others.  My Spicy Pumpkin Frappuccino has all of the flavors of guilty fall indulgence that you might get at Starbucks yet without the guilt.  And it is oh so easy to make!
My husband requests me to make this for use as creamer in his coffee!

½ cup cashews, soaked 1 hr.

1 cup strong coffee

3 cups coconut milk

½ cup pureed pumpkin

¼ cup maple syrup, to taste

2 tsp. vanilla extract

3 tbsp. pumpkin pie s

1 cup water

Blend until smooth and creamy. For coffee creamer, use 1 ½ cup coconut milk instead of 3 cups
