Pumpkin Spicy Frappuccino

Mmm mmm! I make this special concoction when I want a treat, and when I want to treat others. My Spicy Pumpkin Frappuccino has all of the flavors of guilty fall indulgence that you might get at Starbucks yet without the guilt. And it is oh so easy to make!
My husband requests me to make this for use as creamer in his coffee!
Prep Time 10 minutes


  • ½ cup cashews soaked 1 hour
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup pureed pumpkin
  • ¼ cup maple syrup to taste
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin pie s
  • 1 cup water


  • Blend until smooth and creamy. For coffee creamer, use 1 ½ cup coconut milk instead of 3 cups.


Serve with whipped topping https://veronicashealthyliving.com/coconut-whipped-cream/  and a sprinkle of nutmeg, and cinnamon stick for stirring.
