Simple Steamed Broccoli
Yum! I don’t know if it is the cold weather setting in or just my “need” for broccoli, but I am just craving it lately. Today, for lunch, I ate an entire bunch that you buy at the store in one setting. I ate the whole thing! That was my lunch!I had a good energy all afternoon!So Simple, So Delicious, So Good For You!
- Cut florets from stems. Save the stems to make Broccoli Stem Slaw. Steam broccoli till tender. I save the nutrient-rich water in the freezer to make a soup with later.Add broccoli to bowl. and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, butter, salt and pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper. I also sprinkled a handful of sunflower nuts on for protein.
