Turkey Noodle Soup

This is a wonderful way to use up leftover turkey.  I make Bone Broth from the bones, strain it, then add the rest of the ingredients for a delicious treat!

 

2 quarts turkey broth from bones

2 carrots, sliced

1 onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 zucchini, diced

1/4 tsp. salt, to taste

1/4 tsp. pepper, to taste.

1 bay leaf

1 tbsp. Bragg’s Amino Liquid

1 – 2 cups leftover turkey

 

Simmer all ingredients until vegetables are tender.  You may add potatoes, rice or noodles, if desired.
