
Turkey Noodle Soup
This is a wonderful way to use up leftover turkey. I make Bone Broth from the bones, strain it, then add the rest of the ingredients for a delicious treat!
Ingredients
- 2 quarts turkey broth from bones
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 pc onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 zucchini diced
- ¼ tsp salt to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Bragg's Amino Liquid
- 1-2 cups leftover turkey
Instructions
- Simmer all ingredients until vegetables are tender.
- You may add potatoes, rice or noodles, if desired.
