Turkey Noodle Soup

This is a wonderful way to use up leftover turkey.  I make Bone Broth from the bones, strain it, then add the rest of the ingredients for a delicious treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 quarts turkey broth from bones
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 pc onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • ¼ tsp salt to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Bragg's Amino Liquid
  • 1-2 cups leftover turkey

Instructions
 

  • Simmer all ingredients until vegetables are tender. 
  • You may add potatoes, rice or noodles, if desired.
